Today, I made Chawanmushi with my wife.
Chawanmushi is steamed egg custard.
We like it very much. So, today we tried to make Chawanmushi.
How to make Chawanmushi
Cooking process is below.

Cutting ingredient who likes.

Mixing egg.

Putting mixed egg, dashi*1, and ingredient into a cup.

Steaming by Pot (about ten minutes on low heat).

Complete!!
In this time, I used only Shiitake mushroom.
I used white Dashi (white broth) and mixed it with egg.
How to make Chawanmushi is very simple and it was easy to make it.
And anyway it was so delicious!
I wanna make it again soon!!
