I cooked 'NIKUJAGA' (肉じゃが作ってみた)

(英語が苦手なので、忙しくない週末に日記を残すことにしました。語彙力と英作文能力向上が目的です。)
 
Hello, everyone. This is kwaz6.
Last week, I got some potato which made in Kagoshima Prefecture shown in below.

So today, I cooked 'NIKUJAGA' *1 which made of some ingredients, e.g., carrot, potato, onion, konjac, shiitake mushroom, and pork.

 

How to cook 'NIKUJAGA'

 Cooking process is below.
  1. Cutting some ingredients.
  2. Putting some ingredients into a pot.
  3. Putting into 'Mentsuyu'*2 and Boiling.
  4. Complete!!
As you can see, I put into a pot.
OMG! I put it too much!!

Anyway, I continued boiling it a few 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, Complete!! (see below figure)

This time I used only 'Mentsuyu', but NIKUJAGA was very delicious.
'Mentsuyu' is the best spice for Japanese food!

  • konjac: こんにゃく
  • Shiitake mashroom: しいたけ(キノコ類は全てmashroomらしい)
  • Mentsuyu (noodle soup base)
  • anyway: とにかく
  • Boil: 煮る
